OFFICIAL REGULATIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN
“DOUBLE THE ORDER – KEEP THE PRICE”

1. Campaign Organizer

The promotional campaign is organized by Esushi Investes SRL and is carried out in the participating Esushi brand locations in Romania.

2. Campaign Name

The campaign is conducted under the name “DOUBLE THE ORDER – KEEP THE PRICE”.

3. Campaign Period and Locations

The campaign takes place between 10:00 – 12:00, on the following dates and locations:

12.03.2026 – Esushi Mega Mall, bd. Pierre de Coubertin 3-5
16.03.2026 – Esushi Orhideea, Splaiul Independenței 210-210B
18.03.2026 – Esushi Veranda Mall, str. Ziduri Moși 23
24.03.2026 – Esushi Esplanada, șos. Vergului 20
30.03.2026 – Esushi Bragadiru, șos. Alexandria 182

The promotion is valid until the 10 eligible orders are reached in each location, within the specified time interval.

4. Campaign Mechanism

Within the campaign, the first 10 customers who:

• place an order directly on the official website www.esushi.eu

• choose a product from the Sushi Sets category

• select pickup from the participating Esushi location on the campaign date

will receive ONE additional identical sushi set FREE OF CHARGE.

The client pays for one set and receives two identical sets.

The offer is valid exclusively for 1 (one) sushi set for one person / order / client.

5. Participation Conditions

The offer is valid exclusively for orders placed directly on the website www.esushi.eu.

Orders must be placed for pickup from the participating Esushi location on the campaign date.

The promotion applies only to products in the Sushi Sets category.

The offer is available only for the first 10 eligible buyers, in the order of confirmed orders.

Each customer may benefit from the promotion for a maximum of 1 (one) sushi set for one person.

The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, promotional codes, vouchers, or loyalty cards.

The organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with the condition “1 set per person”.

6. Limitations and Responsibilities

The campaign is valid exclusively for pickup from the participating Esushi locations.

Once the limit of 10 eligible orders is reached, the promotion automatically ends.

The organizer reserves the right to modify or interrupt the campaign in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, with prior public notice.

7. Final Provisions

By placing an order within the campaign, customers confirm that they have read and agree with these official regulations.

The regulations are available on the website or in the participating locations and may be provided to customers upon request.
